| Announcement Detail | National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) announces that the dividends payments for the fiscal year 2023 will start on Monday, 1 July 2024, through Riyad Bank. The amount will be (55 halala) per share, note that the eligibility date for the Company’s shareholders who own the shares will be on the day of the Ordinary General Assembly 04 June 2024 and who are registered in the Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date, as follows:
First: Shareholders with (investment portfolios) linked to an effective bank account with a local bank will deposit their profits directly into their accounts. Second: Shareholders with investment portfolios linked to bank accounts that do not accept transfers, and who have share certificates, have to check one of Riyad Bank’s branches with identification to receive their profits directly from the bank. The company calls upon its shareholders to quickly update their data and ensure that their bank account numbers are linked to their investment portfolios to ensure that their dividends are deposited in their accounts with the banks on the distribution day and that all the certificates they hold should be deposited in their portfolios through submission to the Securities Depository Center (Edaa): Riyadh.
